Dumb down the United States of America FUTURE amateur radio operators to cb level. Discourage CW operation even though it is often the only way to make contacts when conditions are poor (like now!) and PRC radar is trashing our bands.
I honestly wonder if any of the FCC Commissioners gives a dam or has any idea on what they are doing to DUMB DOWN future operators.
Possibily they may just be appointed $$$$$$LAWYERS!$$$$$$.
